Twenty years, one pattern

The pattern I work by: find where a business leaks, build the system that closes the leak, and measure it. Here is the timeline.

  1. 2005 - 2021

    Infinite Extracts

In 2005 I started Infinite Extracts, a medical cannabis company in California. We cultivated from 2005 and ran butane extraction from 2012 to 2021, under California's medical program before state licensing existed.

Butane extraction is work where one mistake can mean a fire or an explosion. We ran it for nine years with a team of 2 to 5, grew to about $50K a month in revenue, and had zero safety incidents.

In 2017 and 2018 the work won 8 HempCon awards, including 4 Best Extract championships.

  2. 2015 - 2023

    Thriven, extraction equipment supply

In 2015 I founded Thriven, an extraction equipment supply company, and sold equipment to multiple buyers through 2023, alongside running Infinite Extracts until 2021. It is a different company from Thriven Consulting, which came later.

  3. Jun 2023 - Present

    LeadAttractor

In June 2023 I founded LeadAttractor. It installs AI lead handling for real estate investors: every new lead answered in 30 seconds or less by text, email or AI phone call, inbound AI voice qualification, and dead lead revival that has brought hundreds of old leads back into conversation. It has served 30 clients.

I also wrote CloseMagnet, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for calling campaigns, billing and credits, and a knowledge base. I built it myself with AI-assisted development, and it is live with paying accounts.

  4. Mar 2024 - Mar 2026

    AudienceLab

From March 2024 to March 2026 I was Senior Operations Executive, on contract, at AudienceLab, a B2B audience data SaaS company. I was brought in to build the operating systems behind sales, onboarding and retention.

I built a cancellation save flow that kept 55.5% of cancelling customers: 122 clients and $1.4M in annual revenue retained. I cut onboarding from 45 days to 3. I restructured the plans, which cut $7,494 a month in wasted ad spend while adding $5,248 in monthly recurring revenue. And I ran 35 projects across 7 departments on a ClickUp system I built, backed by an Airtable database of 1,500+ customers.

  5. 2026 - Present

    Thriven Consulting

In 2026 I set up Thriven Consulting as the home for consulting and fractional work: operations audits, revenue systems and AI automation builds for growing companies.

The thread through all of it: I find where a business leaks, I build the system that closes the leak, and I measure it.
